How long will it take for you to complete my first draft?

Once you place your order you will receive a questionnaire to complete. We will also talk with you about any additional information that may be needed to begin your draft. Your first draft will be emailed within 5-7 business days after we receive your complete questionnaire and the requested information. We also offer a rush delivery option to guarantee your first draft within 2 business days of receipt of your completed questionnaire and information.

Can I talk with you by phone if I have questions before placing an order?

Absolutely. We can be reached at (704) 248-8332. You may also contact us by email at Info@TheResumeStation.com and ask us to call you. We want you to be comfortable with our experience and our service before placing your order.

I'm uncomfortable ordering a 'service' over the internet. Do you have any other options?

We work with clients across the nation and have found that electronic and written communication in combination with telephone conferences are the most efficient use of your time and ours. It also helps to speed the delivery process of your resume. If you feel an in-person consultation is necessary, please give us a call and we can give you information on our hourly rates for this service.

What if I'm not happy with the quality of your service?

We pride ourselves on our personalized and professional service. Everything is customized and professionally written for each individual client. We're confident you'll be satisfied with your resume and we will provide unlimited revisions to your drafts before we finalize your documents.  We also realize that with any personalized service there is a small margin of error for human mistakes - both on our end and in the information provided to us by our clients. Because we do not limit the number of drafts, we encourage all of our clients to review their drafts thoroughly before authorizing us to finalize your document(s).  Your approval and request to finalize indicates your acceptance.  To allow our clients to achieve the fullest return on their investment, we also provide all final documents in unlocked Microsoft Word documents to allow unlimited client revisions in the years ahead.

How do I get started?
